What to Expect on Your First Visit

When you visit our smile makeover center for the first time, you will see why we are a truly unique cosmetic dentistry practice.

You will be greeted warmly and asked to fill out important paperwork regarding your current health status and your health history. First, the doctor will discuss your reasons for visiting us and ask you to describe your smile goals. A complete oral/dental examination will be done at your first visit, and X-rays and digital photos may also be taken at this time. Depending on the results of your examination and your smile improvement needs, your doctor will discuss the various cosmetic dentistry options available to you.

Our team will go over all of the benefits of each option and make specific recommendations as to the best course of action. You will also have the opportunity to take a look at our many success stories in our before-and-after photo books. Although results of cosmetic dentistry treatment cannot be guaranteed to look an exact way, the doctor can present examples where clients with issues similar to yours were treated with great results. Next, a pre-treatment estimate of services, fees, and time involved will be prepared and discussed with you at the earliest opportunity. We will also cover the special financing program we offer called CareCredit during your first visit.

Time to Schedule Your Treatment

Once you have decided on a smile makeover treatment, it is time to book your next visit. All office visits are scheduled by appointment. This is time reserved especially for you — we do not double-book our clients. Your appointment means you are scheduled not only with the dentist but with his team as well. We count on your understanding and cooperation in this matter. All of our dental team members make a sincere effort to be on time and ask the same of you. If you cannot keep an appointment, as long as we have at least 48 hours notice there will be no charge to you. This allows us the time to contact another client who may be in as great a need of treatment as you.
